EN-840 Standard 120 Litre Wheelie Bin
The 120l wheelie bin is designed and produced according to EN840 standards. Our wheelie bin series has the certification of EN-840 verified by an international third-party testing company.
Made of HDPE plastic material, high density, durable, and premium resistance to impact, it has passed the drop test, impact test, and load test according to the standard of EN-840. The 120l wheelie bin also has high UV exposure resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance, and can endure temperature changes from -20℃ to 60 ℃. The 120 Litre waste wheelie bin is constructed with smooth surfaces, it is friendly for cleaning and maintaining. The product edges are designed in a curved shape, which prevents people get injured when operating the wheelie bin.
Heavy Duty Rubber Wheels and Axis
The 120l rubbish bin came up with 8-inch standard rubber wheels, each wheel weighing 1.5kg. The rubber wheels have high density and there are multiple lines on the surface, these features make the 120l wheelie bin adapt to different terrains. The axle is made of galvanized steel, the size is Ø22*450mm, and the standard axle is a solid axle, it is heavy duty, suitable for heavy loading, you can choose a hollow axle as well, this kind of axle is lighter, but with lower loading capacity.
Anti Slip Handle
There is a heavy-duty and easy-operated handle built-in with the barrel. The handle has anti-slip circular patterns, which increase friction with the hand, making the trash bin less likely to slip.
By installing the plastic pins at the anti-slip handle, the cover and barrel are combined into a single unit. The pins are made of heavy-duty HDPE material and can serve for a long time in a frequently rolling cover situation.
No Hot Ash and 120l Marks on 120 Litre Wheelie Bin
The cover is marked with the text of ‘no hot ashes and liquids’ to remind people, to prevent the damage caused by accidents. And at the top side of the barrel edge, there is the text of ‘EN840 120L’ to identify it is an EN-840 standard mobile garage bin and the capacity is 120L.
Anti-impact Construction
There are several thick support rims between the edges and the body of the trash bin, as well as at there are two rims between the dome shape of the lid and the handle. These strength rims are located in the weak points of the wheelie bin—these rims significantly enhance its ability to withstand impact.
